RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, simply email info@garcias.it within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return (optional)

Our Customer Care team will provide you with the return instructions.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, for orders delivered within the European Union.

GARCIAS offers complimentary return shipping for all orders shipped within the EU. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes.

If you need a different size, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved following our quality inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

What items cannot be returned?

Returns cannot be accepted if:

• The item has been worn, washed or used.
• Original tags have been removed.
• The product has been damaged or altered.
• The item is made-to-order or personalised.
• The return request is made after the 14-day return period.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@garcias.it, attaching your order number and photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Can I return sale items?

Yes.

Items purchased on sale may be returned within the same 14-day return period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

When is my return accepted?

Every returned item is inspected by our team.

GARCIAS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
