How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — GARCIAS ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Fit varies by style — some GARCIAS pieces are cut oversized, others regular or fitted. Check the fit note on each product page, and compare it with the size conversion table below. If you're between two sizes, contact our Customer Care team before ordering.

Are the pieces true to size or oversized?

It depends on the piece — each product page notes its fit (oversized, regular, or fitted). When a style runs oversized, we recommend sizing down if you prefer a closer fit.

What if my size is out of stock?

Email our Customer Care team with the product and size you're after — we'll let you know if and when it's back in stock.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

How do I request a return?

Email info@garcias.it within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (optional). Our Customer Care team will provide return instructions.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, for orders delivered within the European Union — we provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved. For orders outside the EU, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days to appear.

What items cannot be returned?

Worn, washed, or altered items; items with tags removed; made-to-order or personalised items; and requests made after the 14-day return period.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours at sales@garcias.it with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, within the same 14-day return period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
